I’ve been writing online for more than a decade, starting with One Frazzled Mum and later adding One Frazzled Fiction, One Frazzled Dog, and One Frazzled Fibro into the mix. Each blog has its own personality — from lifestyle and parenting to creative writing, dog fostering, and living with chronic illness — but writing has always been the thread that connects them.
By day, I work as a content writer, creating articles for businesses across a wide range of industries. Along the way, I’ve picked up plenty of insights into how business works online — from SEO and AEO to generative AI, branding shifts, and the constant changes in how companies try to connect with people.
Biz Breakdown is the next logical step in the One Frazzled family. Because once you get too frazzled, a breakdown is inevitable — but here it’s not just a pun on my mental health. It’s also about breaking a business down into steps, ideas, and insights that make it easier to understand and navigate.
